1.  SPONSOR

2.  ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be active Go & Grow Rewards members. Points earned for this promotion can only be earned at Midland Farms Store Locations.  Points earned at CRC, Warner Fertilizer and White Oil are not eligible for this promotion. Employees, officers, and directors of Midland Farms, LLC, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Points are not earned on purchases of malt liquor, tobacco, or lottery tickets.

3.  PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion begins on July 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on December 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

4.  HOW TO ENTER

Enroll in the Go & Grow Rewards Program (free to join). Members earn points during the Promotion Period as follows:

• 500 points upon registration for the Go & Grow Rewards Program.
• 10 points per $1 spent in-store at participating Midland Farms locations.
• 5 points per gallon of gas purchased at participating Midland Farms locations.

Points are automatically tracked with each eligible transaction when using your Go & Grow PERKS Card. Members will be able to redeem their earned points like usual, however, in order to track their car promo points, members MUST have an email added to their Go & Grow PERKS account and be opted-in to receive email messages. We will send out emails periodically so members can track their current standing in the car promotion. The member with the highest total number of points at the end of the Promotion Period will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner.

5.  PRIZES

Grand Prize:

• One (1) vehicle valued up to $15,000. Vehicle model and make to be determined by Midland Farms at its sole discretion.

Second Prize:

• $500 Midland Farms gift card

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $15,500

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any difference between vehicle’s actual value and $15,000 is not redeemable in cash.

6.  WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via phone and/or email by December 23, 2025. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and IRS Form W-9 within 7 days of notification.

7.  TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes, including but not limited to income and vehicle registration taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued if required by law.

8.  GENERAL CONDITIONS

Midland Farms reserves the right to verify all point totals, reject fraudulent entries, and disqualify any participant attempting to tamper with or manipulate the outcome. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Midland Farms, which shall be final in all matters.

9.  PUBLICITY

Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Midland Farms to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice, subject to applicable law.

10.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Midland Farms is not responsible for technical issues, lost or misrouted entries, system errors, or force majeure events. Midland Farms reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion for any reason, including fraud or technical failures.
